My 6 year old daughter, Jordan, has been going to Shelly's Daycare since she was 6 weeks old. As a working mother, the peace of mind that I get from leaving my child in a loving and trusting environment is priceless. Shelly provides affordable daycare with all of the extras that you just can't put a price tag on. I know that when I drop my child off in the morning that she will be well taken care of. Jordan's daycare family is truly like an extended family for her and she is genuinely loved and happy there. It's also important to have an open relationship with your daycare provider and Shelly never hesitates to discuss issues with parents and welcomes feedback openly. My son Michael has attended Ms. Shelly’s Daycare since he was 11 weeks old. For the last two years Ms. Shelly has provided a very safe, loving, educational environment for my son. She takes the time to get to know each one of her children and their families. Ms. Shelly has adapted her care for my child as I had asked her to do. I made my sons baby food at home and when it came time for Ms. Shelly to start feeding him, she also took the extra time to prepare his meals the same way. The little things like this is what makes Ms. Shelly so special to us. Michael loves to come to Ms. Shelly’s and never wants to leave when I come to pick him up. I think this says something about the great care that she provides. During the day the children have a wide variety of manipulatives to play with; they color, and do educational activities together. Michael has learned his colors, sings all kind of songs, and can count from 1 – 10. I believe that Ms. Shelly is and asset to our everyday work schedules and I truly believe I could not find this type of care anywhere else.
